My individual counselling services for adults may help you manage stress through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
It's important to understand the difference between helpful thoughts and unhelpful thoughts. CBT is an approach that focuses on identifying and challenging negative thoughts and behaviours, which can help us become more accepting of our emotions. Acquiring the skills to manage anxiety can help you gain a sense of empowerment that can help you navigate through life's challenges with confidence.
Learning to interpret our thoughts constructively may help us experience a more positive and productive life.

➡️ Individual virtual/remote counselling sessions are available for adults (18+) who reside in Ontario, Canada.
💲 Sessions are priced at $150 (1hr). I am an approved provider for Medavie BlueCross, Blue Cross, and Veterans Affairs Canada, which means clients with this coverage will be eligible for services if approved.
If these are not your providers, I would be happy to provide you with a receipt that includes all the relevant information you need to submit a claim to your insurance provider.
Please note that you may need to contact your insurer to determine if they cover services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
