Fees & Insurance

• Counselling is covered by most benefits and extended health insurance plans. Check your policy today. 

• Counselling with a Registered Social Worker may be fully or partially covered by your insurance.

• Depending on your policy, direct billing to your insurance provider might be available.

• If your insurer does not provide for direct billing, I can offer you a receipt to submit to your provider for reimbursement.

• You will be required to provide credit card information in the secure online client portal to secure your session and to ensure payment for late cancellations and no shows.

• Please note that clients are responsible for verifying, submitting, and managing personal insurance claims.

• I am an approved Medavie BlueCross provider and can offer direct billing to Veterans Affairs Canada so eligible clients have no out-of-pocket costs.

• I am an approved external provider for Canadian Armed Forces (Ontario residents only). Eligible clients have no out-of-pocket costs.

• I am an approved provider for Indigenous Services Canada and bill the Non-Insured Health Benefits program directly, so eligible clients have no out-of-pocket costs.

• I am a registered mental health provider for Greenshield Health, through their Employee Assistance Program. referral code: UJFHLPNR. Clients with this coverage can be eligible for reduced rates to no out-of-pocket costs.

• 1-1 Individual Counselling is $170 per hour

• Couples Counselling is $170 per hour

• Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) groups are available upon request from any group or organization seeking this service. Each CISM group can accommodate up to 12 participants at a rate of $90 per person. Additional fees may be required, please view CISM page for more info.
